Bio
Graduated in Information Sciences in Milan and specialized in telecommunications , she built her career in large companies in the sector with roles of increasing responsibility, starting with Italtel, which she joined in 1992. Over time, she contributed to the launch of numerous products in the Telco and Media markets, both B2B and B2C .
At Infostrada, he oversaw the launch of the fixed network as head of Assurance processes and systems . At Vodafone , where he worked for 17 years, he launched UMTS and subsequently the fixed network for private and business customers ; he was responsible for digital transformation by creating and managing the My Vodafone app and the digital team , and developed products and services for the Vodafone Enterprise market . He subsequently served as Chief Marketing & Sales of CDLAN , an operator of fiber optic services and data centers .
After joining Sky Italia, she held various roles: as Delivery Program Manager, she led the Sky Wifi plan and project in the Technology division , and then became responsible for broadband customer activations . For three years, she has been on the CIO's staff as Director of Transformation and Project Management , and in the IT department , she led key strategic projects, including the launch of the My Sky app and Sky Mobile . In 2014, she received recognition for the best customer service app.
