The 100esperte training program is aimed primarily at journalists, through training courses focused on current issues. Each event has a dual objective: to involve the database's experts as speakers, bringing authoritative and qualified voices to the discussion, and to present 100esperte as a practical tool for expanding sources and rebalancing the representation of female expertise in the news media.
Alongside courses for the journalism world, the project develops initiatives aimed at schools and educational settings, with meetings and programs designed to introduce students to broad and diverse professional models.
