After graduating in Management Engineering from the University of Pisa, he spent seven years at Procter & Gamble , mainly in the UK Beauty Care category , holding various supply chain roles including Operations, Initiatives and Quality management , in a dynamic and competitive reality, gaining significant experience in supply chain management, project management and product development and industrialization through the principles of Early Management .
In 2013 he joined Essity, in the Operational Excellence and Initiatives Management sector , leading production and portfolio transformations with high impact on the Italian and then European business.
