A lawyer qualified to appear before the Supreme Courts and a university professor of sports law, she practices sports law and offers consultancy and assistance in and out of court (including international).
He is Vice President of the V section of the Sports Guarantee Board at CONI and a member of the Sports Law and Process Commission of the CNF.
She is a member of AIAS (Italian Association of Sports Lawyers) and a contact for the Marche Region. She is an editor at Fiscosport srl.
She was a Judge of the World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal (from 2017 to 2023);
Bio
A graduate of Law from the University of Urbino and a PhD in Civil Law from the University of Milan, she has been a member of the Urbino Bar Association since 1999 and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts since 2012. Her professional career has been entirely dedicated to sports law . At the institutional level, she works within the sports justice system both nationally and internationally. She serves as Vice President of Section V of the Sports Guarantee Board established at CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee). Internationally, she has been appointed as a judge on the Disciplinary Tribunal of World Athletics (formerly IAAF), the body responsible for resolving global disputes and sporting offenses relating to athletics.
She is the author of numerous publications (texts and articles) on sports law and civil law; she has spoken at numerous conferences, including international ones, and has taught advanced courses at universities in law and justice, as well as sports law and taxation.
He combines his legal and professional work with a commitment to training and academics.
