Bio
After earning a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and a Master's Degree in Economics and Politics of International Institutions from the University of Pavia, he continued his education at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) , Johns Hopkins University with an MA in Strategic Studies. During his studies, he gained various international experiences in France ( Sciences Po Grenoble ), Spain (Leonardo da Vinci project), the USA (Italian Embassy, SAIS and San Francisco State University ) and Israel ( International Institute of Counter-Terrorism ). In 2009, he moved to Brussels where he began his career at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly , and then at the European Commission in the representation team at the Political and Security Committee (PSC), and subsequently as a Commission representative at the Political-Military Committee (PMG). Between 2014 and 2017, she moved to New Delhi , where she worked as a consultant and researcher on EU-India relations, focusing on defense cooperation, at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI). In 2017, she returned to Brussels, where she worked as a Senior Expert on the Public Diplomacy and Outreach project of the EU Delegation to India, as an Associate Researcher at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) , and as an Associate Fellow at the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI). She also occasionally collaborates with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
His research focuses on international and defense relations, with a specialization in EU-India relations. His approach aims, through the creation of future scenarios, to define and achieve clear and coordinated strategic objectives, identifying key players and outlining the best strategies.
