Bio
After graduating with honors in Economics and Business from LUISS University, and completing an Erasmus experience at ESCP in Paris, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. She began her career in strategic consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton, before holding senior marketing and sales roles at innovative companies such as Vodafone and Fastweb, and serving as Marketing Director at Valtur. She also founded and managed, as CEO, a startup in the multimedia events sector.
Throughout her career, she has developed specific expertise in sustainability, CSR management, and venture capital. She served on the screening committee of IAG (Italian Angels for Growth).
He currently works in the field of innovation and investments in Venture Capital and Private Equity: he is Managing Partner of Eden Venture, with investments in startups in Italy, Europe and the USA, and a member of the Sustainability Committee of Alternative Capital Partners SGR.
She is active in institutional representation at the international level: she was the representative of Italian managers at the International Labour Organization (ILO) of the United Nations in Geneva, and she currently holds the position of Deputy Secretary General of CEC European Managers in Brussels (one million members), with responsibility for innovation.
