Bio
Silvia Dello Russo graduated in Psychology with a specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology from Sapienza University of Rome in 2004 and obtained her PhD from the same university in 2008.
Throughout her academic career, she has conducted research and taught at prestigious international and national universities, including the Rotman School of Management in Toronto, Aston Business School in the United Kingdom, ISCTE Lisbon, Portugal, and TBS Education in Toulouse, France. Since 2022, she has been permanently in Italy as an Associate Professor at Luiss University in Rome.
Her research focuses on human resource development practices, aging processes and the management of a multigenerational workforce, and relational and feedback dynamics in organizational contexts.
