Bio
Paola Bonomo is an independent director, angel investor, and advisor in the field of digital innovation. She has held management roles at multinationals such as Facebook (now Meta), Vodafone, eBay, and McKinsey & Company. She serves on the boards of directors of both listed and private companies. Most recently, she served at TIM SpA (2018-24) and AXA Assicurazioni SpA (2014-25). Since 2025, she has served on the boards of Admiral Group Plc and INWIT SpA.
He advises two venture capital funds managed by Neva SGR with the aim of investing €750 million in deep tech, climate tech, biotech, and digital transformation.
He is a member of the International Scientific Board of IFAB - International Foundation Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for Human Development. He is also vice president of Italian Angels for Growth, the leading Italian business angel group.
She is active as a mentor at Endeavor, the world's leading community of high-impact entrepreneurs for growth-stage companies, as well as at A-Road (accelerating to Series A) and PLAI (early stage AI startups).
She has been named twice to the Inspiring Fifty, the fifty leading women in technology in Europe. In 2017, she was awarded the Business Angel of the Year in Italy and the Golden Aurora Award for best female business angel in Europe. In 2023, she was listed among Fortune Italia's Most Powerful Women.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bocconi University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
