Martina Gianecchini, who holds a degree in Economics and a PhD in Business Organization and Management from the University of Udine, is a Full Professor of Human Resources Management at the University of Padua. She provides management training and consulting and is the Director of the Executive Master in Human Resource Management at the CUOA Business School.
His research focuses primarily on studying people's behavior at work, analyzing career dynamics from an international perspective, the impact of technology on new professions and work methods, as well as organizational strategies for resilience and skill development.
