Bio
A graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University, she began her career in strategic consulting and then spent fifteen years in management roles and as a member of management committees in multinational companies, focusing on business development, strategic planning, and sustainability. Throughout her career, she specialized in sustainable transition for major industrial companies.
Since late 2017, he has served as a Senior Advisor & Fractional Executive, supporting SMEs and corporations in defining business strategy, innovating business models, and implementing change management. He also founded the Sustainability practice and co-founded the Governance & Board Services practice within leading professional networks.
Active in numerous institutional and associative contexts, she participates in think tanks on corporate governance and leadership, collaborating with organizations such as Nedcommunity and Chapter Zero Italy, part of the Chapter Zero Alliance in collaboration with the World Economic Forum. She has authored publications and working papers on the role of boards in the sustainable transition, promoting DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) initiatives.
