Bio
A graduate in Political Science, she began her academic career at the Catholic University of Milan and then continued at the University of Milan (La Statale), where she was an associate professor of Business Organization. She is the co-founder and director (until 2025) of the ICONA Research Center, dedicated to research on organizational change in public administrations.
His research focuses on organizational change processes, the implications of digital technology adoption and digitization in the public sector, and public management practices.
