A former Director at Private Equity Partners Spa, she is currently Managing Director at Clubinv Srl, a permanent capital platform organized according to the Independent Sponsor model, and sits on the boards of several companies. Her work focuses on private equity investments, corporate acquisitions, mergers, leverage, and the development of corporate hub projects.
