Bio
After graduating with honors in Economics and Business from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, she began her career in 1995 in the Project Finance area of Mediocredito Centrale, within the UniCredit Group.
In 2005 she joined SACE, where she held positions of increasing responsibility until being appointed CEO of SIMEST from 2017 to 2020.
Subsequently, in 2022, she assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of SACE and served on the Boards of Directors of several financial companies in the Group.
She is currently CEO of Maire Investments, a holding company operating in Italy and internationally in the industrial, real estate, and financial sectors. In this role, she leads the investment, development, and valorization strategies of the equity portfolio, overseeing acquisitions, divestments, and industrial and financial development. The company stands out for the high level of management and ownership expertise, as well as for its consolidated network of relationships and partnerships with leading players in the Italian business and industrial landscape.
Throughout his career, he has managed complex corporate finance transactions, strategic investments, industrial partnerships, and international growth processes, gaining significant experience in evaluating and structuring investment and M&A transactions.
